Product Claims: A powerful resurfacing treatment that acts as a ten-minute exfoliating facial to revitalise and tone.

Directions: Use ideally in the PM, no more frequently than twice per week. Clean face and wait for skin to dry. Do not use on wet skin. Apply evenly across face and neck using your fingertips. Leave on for no more than 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.

Similarities

Both chemical peel products targeting texture and dullness. Both work by getting rid of dead skin cells to promote a brighter and more even toned complexion. Both have a tacky feeling when on face.

Differences

• Pricing, right off the bat you’ll notice a huge difference in pricing. 

• Next the packaging and texture...Drunk Elephant TLC Sukari Babyfacial is dispensed in a airless pump where as The Ordinary is dispensed out of a dropper. The texture of Drunk Elephant is a fine granular texture and The Ordinary is a more runny texture and will stain if you’re not careful.

• The application of The Ordinary stings instantly upon contact and tends to leave my face a little red after removing the product from my face whereas The Drunk Elephant has a slight cooling feel. 

Conclusion

They both work very well but the winner for me is the Drunk Elephant TLC Sukari Babyfacial for it’s non-irritating performance and overall results.
