The Bazaar by José Andrés - South Beach Miami

A sophisticated upscale restaurant located inside the SLS Hotel in South Beach. The Bazaar menu created by the one and only Chef José Andrés, features next level Spanish-Latin dishes along with some Asian favorites!

The dining room looks like a super cool library with a huge statement piece of a beautiful chandelier that was made of shells. Expect cool techniques like liquid nitrogen and foams etc. that takes you on a wild sensory adventure, blending Old World delicacies with avant-garde delights in a bold, multifaceted atmosphere where anything is possible!

Even at their busiest our waiter kindly took the time to took the time to explain how the menu was structured, the relative size of the dishes and some options to navigate through a tasting of some of the highlights. The food and the staff were nothing less than EXCEPTIONAL!
